We also develop and manufacture endoscopes, optical couplers, rod lenses, objectives, CTV lenses, optical filters, machine vision lenses, and industrial lenses. We have lasers and laser systems as well.
1) Narrow band pass interference filters, fluorescence system filters, high reflection filters, beam splitting filters, color splitting filters, IR sensor interference filters, UV mirrors, neutral density filters and special filters.
2) Sapphire wafers, sapphire windows, sapphire lenses, sapphire tubes, sapphire rods, sapphire balls, sapphire bearings, sapphire nozzles, and custom-made sapphire components as customer's specifications. Applications include optical, biomedical, communications, laser manufacturing, aerospace avionics, semiconductor, fiber optic and electronics.
In many cases, sapphire windows need to be smaller and more accurate, depending on the application requirements. We can make micro sapphire windows and Ultra-thin sapphire windows. The minimum diameter can be as small as 0.3 mm. The thinnest thickness can be as thin as 0.2mm.
All of these Micro Sapphire Windows have deep-polished surface, good flatness and parallelism. Optical coatings are avaliable upon request. It can be used as a front-end protection window for endoscopes, and the edges can be coated with solder layers to facilitate good sealing and durability after welding and assembly.
We can provide micro sapphire rods from Diameter 0.3 to 3.0mm. These rods have good polished round surface as well as general two plane high-precision polished surfaces. Super Precision machining technology ensures that these rods have no chips.
We provide sapphire balls with a diameter from 2mm to 10mm and a dimensional accuracy of up to +/-0.001mm.
Synthetic sapphire monocrstal is widely used because of its high toughness and strength. At the same time, it also has good optical properties. Therefore, in addition to traditional optical applications, such as optical windows, lenses, it can also be made into a variety of sapphire balls, sapphire half-balls / saphire hemisphere, sapphire bearings, etc.

ZnSe is used as an infrared optical material with a remarkably wide transmission wavelength range (0.45 µm to 21.5 µm). The refractive index is about 2.67 at 550 nm (green), and about 2.40 at 10.6 µm (LWIR). Similar to zinc sulfide, ZnSe is produced as microcrystalline sheets by synthesis from hydrogen selenide gas and zinc vapour. ZnSe is a preferred material for lenses, windows, output couplers and beam expanders for its low absorptivity at infrared wavelengths and its visible transmission. For high-power applications, it's critical that the material bulk absorption and internal defect structure be carefully controlled, that minimum-damage polishing technology be employed, and the highest quality optical thin-film coatings are used.
